Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office Answer incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Update calendars and schedule.
Keep updated records of patients in our system.
Light cleaning duties.
Requirements and skills:
Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
General Microsoft knowledge.
Basic understanding of medical insurance and terminology.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Positive Customer service attitude.
Willingness to learn.
